This project on Englefield Road comprised an existing three storey residential building, forming two apartments, which we fully stripped out and refurbished, and added a new two storey side extension, to create a third apartment at the address.

Situated at Englefield Road, the external renovation encompasses the addition of a new two-storey side extension and a modern, landscaped garden. The carefully considered gardens and landscaping efforts were executed with precision by Sullivan Bros.

Project Details
Englefield Road was the completion of 3 separate properties on one existing site. We built a new build 2 storey house on the side of the existing and converted the existing into two apartments.
The difficulty here was achieving the clients goals under a tight budget and time constraint. We achieved both the budget and programme with an uncompromising approach to programme targets ensuring we didn’t miss a milestone.
