We completely demolished the existing structure and in its place, our expert team meticulously built a luxurious four-story home. The new property boasts a newly added basement complete with a state-of-the-art cinema, a fully equipped gym, a plant room, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, and a generously sized bar area.
By incorporating ample glass elements into the design, we were able to flood the interior with natural light, elevating the overall living experience to a truly exceptional standard.

This project was also completed during covid so the big task was trying to complete the project on time as all suppliers lead times dramatically increased.
We managed to bulk buy materials and store them at our yard and brought them as and when required to site to ensure we maintained the programme and the project was completed on time for the client.
Once again, we managed to think outside the box to ensure the clients needs were met.
