In 2018, we successfully completed the full refurbishment of a Grade II listed building in Highgate, blending modern functionality with historical preservation. The project included a comprehensive internal and external refurbishment, along with the construction of a ground-floor rear extension

Interior
Internally the existing timber panelling, a defining feature of the property, was painstakingly restored to its former glory, and the entire property was redecorated with custom joinery throughout.
One of the highlights of this renovation was a luxurious bathroom, uniquely crafted from stone, showcasing our ability to combine natural materials with exceptional craftsmanship.

A key focus of this project was maintaining the property’s historical integrity.
This extensive project included not only the careful restoration of the existing structure but also the construction of a stylish new rear extension. In addition to these significant changes, all new electrical and mechanical systems were installed to enhance modern functionality and efficiency, alongside extensive external works to improve the overall aesthetic and usability of the property.
Although this was a full refurbishment, we ensured that the building's character remained intact.
